Straight answers
Will you damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use clips only, and nothing goes through your shingles. We're a roofing company, and protecting roofs is the job.
Do I have to buy the lights?
Only with Keep Them or We Store Them. With Use Your Lights, we hang lights you already own.
What if lights go out?
Call or text us at (281) 748-5939. We fix it at no charge through November 15.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need an outdoor outlet we can reach, and an unlocked gate if we're lighting the back.
What if I have an HOA?
We'll match your HOA's rules. Send them to us and we'll quote to fit.
What if it rains on install day?
We move you to the next open day. We don't hang lights on a wet roof.
